* Do I have to book well in advance?

If you plan to travel during the school holidays, we advise you to book your activities several weeks/months in advance to be sure of having places.  Outside school holidays, it is possible to book later but, when your choice is made, we suggest that you do not wait too long in order to avoid any unpleasant surprises.  If no visit is offered on the date you are interested in, contact us!  We may be able to open a new one.

* What if no visit is available on the date that interests me?  

Contact us!  We may be able to open a visit on the desired date.

 * What to do in case of input error when booking?

 Do not panic, contact us (as soon as possible) by phone or e-mail so that we can make the necessary changes.

 * What are the payment options available ?  

Payment for reservations is made online or by Calling us on Whattsapp +1 760 889 1429 contact us so that we can inform you of the terms of payment by bank transfer or by PAY PAL.

* In what currency are payments made?  

Payments are made in US dollars

 * Can I pay directly on site and in cash?  

No, payment for services must be made in advance, when booking.

* Is your site secure?

Our site is secure.

* Why didn’t I receive a confirmation email?

The confirmation email is sent within minutes of booking and payment.  We therefore invite you to check if the e-mail is not in your spam box (undesirable) and, if so, to report it as not being spam. If the email is not there, contact us so that we can send you the confirmation manually.

* Why don’t I have a voucher (exchange voucher) in my personal space?

The issuance of certain vouchers is subject to validation by our partners, so they will be sent to you by e-mail in the days following the reservation.  This is for example the case of vouchers linked to transfers from/to the airport.

* Can I change the date of my visit or the number of participants?  

Exceptionally and subject to availability, it is sometimes possible to postpone the date of a guided tour and/or modify the number of participants.  For any request of this type, we invite you to contact us as soon as possible.

* Can I cancel my reservation?  

Yes, but note that, except in cases of force majeure, management fees apply.  For example, for a guided tour, cancellation requests made more than 20 days before the day of the visit give the right to a refund of 50% of the price of the latter;  requests made less than 15 days before do not entitle you to any refund.

CONDITIONS

In the event of cancellation, participants are fully refunded.

 4 to 6 people maximum per visit.
A cancellation made 60 days prior will receive full refund. 
A cancellation request made no more than 45 to 30 days prior to the day of the visit entitles you to a refund of 50% of the price of the latter.
A cancellation request made less than 15 days before the day of the visit does not entitle you to any refund.
The guide reserves the exclusive and discretionary right to cancel a visit due to weather conditions (storm, extreme cold, heavy rainfall, etc.).  If necessary, the guided tour can be postponed to a later date, with the agreement of the participants, or cancelled.  In the event of cancellation, participants are fully refunded.
